The Division alpha sends Xbox One pre-orders soaring

Pre-orders up by 531% on Amazon UK.

The Xbox One version of the upcoming online shooter had previously been the retailer's 537th best-selling game, but soared up to No.85 overnight. The PS4 version is still ranked at No.572.

Ubisoft announced yesterday that The Dvision's alpha will only be available to those who pre-order the Xbox One version of the game or who are lucky enough to secure a place via a waiting list. It will not be available on PS4 or PC.
