Destiny's Xur, where is he and what's he selling December 11?

Monte Carlo is back, having previously been exclusive to PlayStation.

This week, December 11 to 13, you'll find Xur in the Tower to the left of the Crucible Quartermaster, by the corridor to the vanguard.
