Elder Scrolls Online will be free to play on Xbox One & PC this weekend

The promotion means that anyone can jump in and give the game a go from 8am GMT this Thursday, December 10, right the way through to 8am GMT next Monday, December 14. The game, which dropped its subscription fee back in March, usually requires an upfront cost.
To grab it on Xbox One, all you need to do is download it from the Xbox Store after the free weekend has begun. On PC, though, you'll need to pick up a Free Play Weekend code from a friend playing ESO or one of these websites.
